Our Apron Conveyor usually consists of two strands of roller chain separated by overlapping plates, so called aprons. They form the carrying surface. Typically is that while the Apron Conveyor is running, the product lies still on the aprons. These types of conveyors are especially useful as feeders and long horizontal or inclined high capacity conveyors. Our Apron Conveyor is available in different configurations such as horizontal, inclined section, "z" shape, etc. The required traction system will be specifically selected for your application (based on the required tonnage and density of the material to be handled). Apron feeder pan can be manufactured as per customer specification.
